WHAT IS THE BEARDED CARDINAL COFFEE SUBSCRIPTION AND WHAT IS INCLUDED?

With The Bearded Carinal subscription, you’ll receive 3 different coffees from 3 different roasters. Weight is depending on the size you choose. The roasts sent will be based on your preferences from a questionnaire sent at registration. Prefer light, medium or dark roast? We will aim at your preferences. With this you will receive long with details on each of the featured coffees, tasting notes, coffee descriptions, sourcing information, and fun surprises!

WHICH COFFEES WILL I RECEIVE?

You will receive 3 delicious coffees from 3 different roasters selected by our team at Bearded Cardinal.The coffees will excite your palate and will be taken on a coffee adventure each month. We put a lot of work into tasting coffees every month to ensure that you’ll get the best beans.

WHAT GRIND IS SHIPPED?

On the coffee questionnaire we send you will let us know your preference on grind. Anywhere from whole bean to expresso grind.

HOW FRESH IS YOUR COFFEE?

Freshness is key to good coffee. Our goal is to have the beans as fresh as possible one sent to you.

HOW MUCH COFFEE DO I RECEIVE?

The amount of coffee is based on your subscription. Each subscription has a minimum amount of total bean weight. There may be some differences between as each coffee has its own weight differences per bean and roasters may very in size of what they produce.

HOW DO YOU CHOOSE WHICH COFFEES TO PUT IN Each SUBSCRIPTION ?

We spend considerable amount of time selecting the right coffee roasters, and working with them to get the beans possible. It’s truly a labour of love.

DO YOU USE ETHICALLY SOURCED COFFEE?

Being an ethical company is such a huge priority for us, and we want to make sure coffee is a sustainable industry for years to come.

HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR COFFEE AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET TO ME?

Within Canada, we ship with Canada Post Expedited Service

CAN I SKIP A SHIPMENT?

As always, we are happy to take care of things on our end. If you would prefer us to make the skip for you, just reach out to us or click the link in the email you receive a few days before your subscription renews and we’ll be glad to help.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION SUCH AS CHANGING THE SIZING OR GRIND SETTING?

The best way to do this is to contact us - we’ll take care of it!

HOW DO I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

Same as above, just reach out to us and we’ll be more than happy to help! We’re currently working on an option that will allow you to do this yourself, so check back soon!
